Was a little disappointed today when it tumbled down a bill from Swedbank in the mailbox. All our accounts and would soon have been closed for almost a year ago when we bought our house. It had obviously been a fumble, and the account at my former credit card was never completed. Does not feel like it's a rare happening. The girl I talked to the customer service was still very good when she would correct / cancelthe invoice and close the account immediately.

När många detaljer ska fungera
Blev lite snopen idag när det damp ner en räkning från Swedbank i brevlådan. Alla våra konton och kort skulle varit avslutade för snart ett år sedan då vi köpte vårt hus. Det hade tydligen blivit en miss, och kontot på mitt dåvarande kreditkort blev aldrig avslutat. Känns inte som att det är någon ovanligt som händer. Tjejen jag pratade med på kundtjänst var ändå väldigt bra då hon skulle korrigera/makulera fakturan och avsluta kontot direkt.
