Men det är ju tur att man har snabbhjälpen nära till hands - Internet! Vad skulle man göra utan det...haha. Googlade "lyckas med glutenfria kakor" och hittade ett tips på att man ska öka mjölmängden med ca 50% plus tillsätta lite fiberhusk.

Trying again tomorrow
Have a couple of times tried to bake gluten-free cookies because R's mother isintolerant, but just failed. They just float out! Is perfectly acceptable to make softcookies but hard ... not! Now we had found a recipe using corn starch instead of flouror gluten free flour. But guess what ... yes, they floated out also!
But it's lucky to have quick help at your fingertips - the Internet! What would we dowithout it ... haha. Googled 'success with gluten-free cookies "and found a tip that one should increase the amount of flour by about 50%, plus add a little fiberhusk.
Will to try it next time!
