Min tanke följer; att jag ska se till att äta

- Mera grönsaker och då pratar jag inte gurka, sallad och annat som är till största del vatten, utan typ broccoli, haricot verts och sånt med alla dessa bra antioxidanter och sånt.
- Långsammare och mindre kolhydrater. Jag vill inte plocka bort de eftersom jag starkt tror på att man bör äta av alla näringsämnen (fett, protein och kolhydrater).
- Bra med protein och rätt fett. Gärna sånt som ger bra mineraler som järn och bra fetter som omega 3.
Dagens middag bestod av följande: Panerad spätta (paneringen för att bevara det bra fettet i fisken), 3 små (väldigt små) potatisar och 2-3 dl kokad broccoli. och en liten klick med remuladsås.
Today is Tuesday, and though it is not the first day of this week so I have decidedthat now here we will eat better. There are always choices, even if sometimes it isone of the cheaper variety, to eat healthier. I begin with a week! So Tuesday next week, you will report on the results!
My mind follows, I'll make sure to eat
- Add vegetables and then I talk not cucumber, lettuce and other things that aremostly water, but the type of broccoli, haricot verts and stuff with all those greatantioxidants and stuff.
- Slower and less carbohydrates. I would not remove the completely because Istrongly believe that one should eat of all nutrients (fat, protein andcarbohydrates).
- Good with the protein and the right fats. Preferably stuff that gives good minerals like iron and good fats such as omega 3.
Today's dinner consisted of: Coated plaice (coating to preserve the good fat inthe fish), 3 small (very small) potatoes and 2-3 cups cooked broccoli. and a small amount of sauce.
